Senior Project Officer – Cyber Program Support (Part-Time)
Join a fast-paced program office supporting technically oriented projects and diverse stakeholders. You’ll help keep delivery on track through strong project governance, reporting, budgeting/procurement support, and high-quality administration in a secure environment.
Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months (possible 1 x 12-month extension);
Start: 01 June 2026
Working Hours: Part-time, 3 days/week (up to 24 hrs/week)
Security Clearance Requirement: Must hold an active NV1 (no sponsorship for upgrades)
Closing Date: 09:00am Wednesday 18 March 2026

Essential Tasks:
- Support program/project planning and draft key program artefacts
- Assist with budget and procurement activities, providing financial support and guidance
- Prepare program reporting, dashboards, and governance documentation/board packs
- Maintain registers (risk, access, quality) and manage records in EDRMS
- Strong experience in a project/program/portfolio office (APS6-equivalent level)
- Proven capability across budgeting/procurement support and financial administration
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and reporting dashboards
- Excellent written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to self-manage
