Senior Project Scheduler | Integrated Scheduling
Lead complex project and program delivery with a strong focus on integrated scheduling, critical path analysis, risk management and senior stakeholder engagement. The role requires onsite attendance in the ACT for the first 6 weeks before a hybrid arrangement may be considered.
Location: ACT
Work Arrangement: Onsite for the first 6 weeks, then hybrid flexible working may be considered
Contract Duration: Up to 12 months
Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline clearance

Essential Tasks
- Lead the development and management of complex integrated project and program schedules.
- Monitor critical paths, dependencies, milestones and delivery risks across multiple workstreams.
- Provide strategic advice to senior executives on scheduling, resourcing, risks and issues.
- Lead stakeholder collaboration, change control and continuous improvement of scheduling practices.
- Strong project management expertise delivering complex projects, including governance, risk, change control and financial management.
- Advanced capability in integrated scheduling, schedule performance analysis and automated scheduling and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated organisational change management expertise across large and complex initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder relationship, requirements management and influential communication capability.
