Essential Tasks:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: role intake, sourcing, screening, shortlist and offer management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing recruitment market insights and advice
- Develop candidate pipelines through proactive search, networking, and talent mapping
- Manage compliance and documentation for placements, including clearance-related requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, referrals, networking) with a quality-first mindset
- Confident stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail with ATS/CRM discipline and a drive to exceed recruitment KPIs
