The Role
Step into a senior Salesforce support role where you’ll be the go-to expert for users across a major federal environment, owning Level 1/2 support, data quality, automations and platform optimisation while helping deliver continuous enhancements to a suite of high-profile Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Salesforce support contact, delivering Level 1 and 2 support and enabling users to get the most from the platform and applications.
- Manage data quality and governance, including data loads, updates, reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.
- Configure and enhance the platform using Salesforce flows and other configuration tools to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with records management requirements.
- Support operational stability through incident/problem resolution, on-call support for P1/P2 issues, deployments via Azure DevOps, and backup/restore and disaster recovery activities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience supporting Salesforce applications in a Level 1/2 capacity, plus at least one current Salesforce certification (Admin, App Builder or Developer).
- Strong hands-on skills with Data Loader, reports and dashboards, user provisioning/permissions, and building flows for process automation.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Public Sector Solutions, including troubleshooting via Salesforce debug logs and working with sandbox environments and Git-based metadata.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and participate in a 24x7 rostered on-call environment.
