Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 12-month contract from 2 March 2026 with 2 x 12-month extension options
- Security Clearance Requirement: Current NV2 security clearance required; TSPV highly preferred
- Closing Date: 10:00am, Tuesday 16 December 2025
Essential Tasks
- Lead the review, development and implementation of enterprise-wide ITSM strategy, governance frameworks and policy.
- Shape and direct ICT incident and change management strategies, ensuring consistent adoption across organisational boundaries.
- Establish and manage systems of control to identify, surface and treat operational and strategic risk.
- Build strong relationships with senior business, technical and executive stakeholders, providing influential advice, reports and briefings.
- Proven experience leading organisational-level IT Service Management strategy and policy in large, complex environments (EL2 / SFIA Level 6 equivalent).
- Demonstrated success negotiating and implementing governance and process change across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Advanced working knowledge of the ITIL framework and its implementation at scale, including interrelated ITSM practices.
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive incident/change management outcomes and manage risk effectively.
