This long-term opportunity will see you supporting enterprise-grade solutions using tools like Intune, Group Policy, and MECM to drive continuous improvement and support department-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows SOE, desktop/iOS configurations, and enterprise collaboration tools
• Package and deploy applications; oversee automated patching processes
• Provide Level 3 support for complex issues and advise on technical strategy in ICT forums
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and app teams on integration and policy enforcement

Selection Criteria:

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (Pro Plus), Windows 11, Intune, and Group Policy
• Strong experience with MECM (SCCM), SOE, MDM/MAM, and application packaging
• Proven ability to develop technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
