The Role
Join a major enterprise program where you’ll build and maintain CSDM-aligned service models and a high-integrity CMDB to support onboarding and operational assurance across a Protected ServiceNow environment. You’ll work end-to-end across business services, application services, technical services and infrastructure CIs—creating the relationships and dependency structures needed for smooth service transition, incident/change support, monitoring and audit readiness.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain end-to-end CSDM-aligned service models and CMDB structures
- Define service relationships and dependency mappings to enable ICT service onboarding
- Collaborate with integration/data teams to align modelling with workflows and cross-domain needs
- Run stakeholder workshops and produce governance-ready documentation for assurance and audit
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience with CSDM, CMDB, and service modelling best practice
- Experience establishing service relationships/dependencies (service mapping mindset)
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills (workshops, translating business needs into models)
- Strong documentation capability and comfort working to governance/standards
