Step into a high-impact onsite contract opportunity for an experienced Cloud Architect or senior Cloud Engineer with strong DevSecOps capability and Defence experience. This role will see you working across secure, complex environments to shape cloud solution design, support architecture outcomes, and help deliver scalable, modern platforms across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud within a mission-critical setting.
Location: Canberra, ACT | Full-time onsite Contract Duration: Contract through December 2026 with possible extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Design and support secure cloud and DevSecOps solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Produce architecture artefacts, solution designs, and technical advice for complex ICT environments
- Collaborate with engineering, capability, and delivery stakeholders to support project outcomes
- Contribute to modernisation initiatives across cloud, security, and enterprise technology platforms
- Proven experience at Architect level or as a senior Cloud Engineer in secure environments
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and DevSecOps practices
- Previous Defence experience and understanding of complex ICT landscapes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
