Senior Systems Analyst - Solution Design & Requirements Lead
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Systems Analyst to support complex ICT initiatives where strong business analysis, solution design and stakeholder engagement are critical to delivery success. This role will suit a proactive analyst who can translate business needs into clear technical requirements, produce quality functional specifications, assess feasibility and risk, and work closely with stakeholders to drive practical, well-documented outcomes across the full solution lifecycle.
Location: ACT / NSW
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with extension options, up to a maximum of 24 months total
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline clearance.

Essential Tasks:
- Analyse business processes and requirements and translate them into clear technical and functional specifications
- Develop solution designs and maintain high-quality solution and project documentation
- Assess feasibility, effort, risks, benefits and impacts to support informed delivery decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders on testing, issue resolution, quality reviews and implementation activities
- Strong experience leading requirements definition and management for complex initiatives
- Proven capability in feasibility assessment, including business case, cost/benefit and risk analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in systems design for large or complex environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, specialist advisory and documentation skills
