TechOne Financial Systems Administrator (12-Month Contract)
Support and optimise a critical financial management platform in a fast-paced environment. You’ll take ownership of TechOne and Expense8 administration, provide high-quality technical advice, and help drive continuous improvement through system enhancements, reporting, and stakeholder support.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months (potential 6-month extension)
Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline (ability to obtain)

Essential Tasks:
- Administer TechOne and Expense8: configuration, access, support, testing, and user training
- Build and run ad-hoc SQL queries for extracts, analysis, audit and reporting needs
- Develop dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders
- Support design and implementation activities for financial system improvements
- Minimum 2+ years’ hands-on TechnologyOne experience (mandatory)
- Strong SQL capability (queries, extracts, analysis, reporting)
- Proven problem-solving and quality focus in high-pressure environments
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
