Training Services Manager – Digital Adoption & ICT Enablement
Help drive technology adoption across a major transformation program by designing and delivering high-impact training that empowers users to confidently work with new digital tools and systems. You’ll lead engaging sessions (virtual and face-to-face), build practical learning resources, and continuously refine training based on feedback and outcomes.
Location: ACT (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 12 months (2x12-month extension options)
Security Clearance Requirement: TSPV or TSPA essential

Essential Tasks:
- Design and deliver technology training (in-person and virtual) for varied audiences
- Develop training assets (user guides, presentations, e-learning modules)
- Run training needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements
- Evaluate effectiveness, iterate content, and provide hands-on support during sessions
- Proven experience delivering technology training to diverse user groups
- Strong instructional design capability across mixed learning formats
- Solid technical understanding of digital tools/systems and clear explanation skills
- Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder engagement and adaptability
