Essential Tasks:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of complex ICT environments across Windows and Linux-based systems
- Capture, triage, and respond to incidents, problems, and changes within the IT service management platform
- Communicate with customers and system owners to assess urgency, provide workarounds, and escalate issues where required
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures to improve service support outcomes
- Experience in service management, incident management, or ICT operations within complex environments
- Experience administering Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Exposure to infrastructure technologies such as virtualisation, databases, or storage platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide briefings and support stakeholders in operational settings
