Test Manager – Secure ACT Contract | Positive Vetting Required
Compas is seeking experienced Test Managers to oversee testing practices, coordinate resources, and drive quality outcomes across complex systems, products, and services. This role suits a senior testing professional with strong test planning, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement experience.
Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: Current Positive Vetting clearance

Essential Tasks:
- Plan and drive testing activities across all stages of development.
- Coordinate testing resources, activities, reporting, and outcomes.
- Design and execute test cases, scripts, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify testing risks, issues, improvements, and corrective actions.
- Strong experience managing testing across complex systems or services.
- Expertise in test planning, execution, standards, tools, and methods.
- Ability to analyse and report on test results, issues, risks, and coverage.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
