Senior Service Desk Analyst - TSPV Cleared | Secure ICT Support Roles in Canberra or Melbourne

Join a high-performing secure ICT environment where you will be the front line of support for critical systems and services. These opportunities are ideal for experienced Service Desk Analysts who can manage incidents, support end users in complex enterprise environments, maintain secure and reliable platforms, and communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location ACT or VIC
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Positive Vetting clearance.
This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements. We are committed to a non-discriminatory hiring process but, unfortunately, cannot provide visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.
 
Essential Tasks:
  • Provide first-line support for ICT systems and services, including incident triage, diagnosis, escalation, and resolution
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support applications and system software to ensure secure and reliable operations
  • Monitor, track, report, and improve incident and support processes in line with agreed standards and procedures
  • Manage workflows, contribute to team planning, and communicate service impacts and resolutions to stakeholders
Key Criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in complex helpdesk, incident management, communications, and application support environments
  • Strong capability in system software updates, installation, configuration, and operational support
  • Good understanding of cloud environments and systems integration across enterprise architectures
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
