Business Change Manager (TSPV)
Contract Opportunity | High-Profile Projects 

Location: Onsite-Canberra

A unique opportunity exists for a dynamic Business Change Manager to lead change across operational, policy, and technology programs. You’ll work alongside project teams to embed a structured change-management approach based on the PROSCI ADKAR model, driving successful adoption of new ways of working. Your skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and training design will help enable meaningful, lasting change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver change strategies aligned to organisational goals and project needs
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives using structured plans
  • Analyse change impacts and user readiness to inform planning and mitigation
  • Coordinate training design and delivery with subject-matter experts to support adoption
Key Criteria
  • Recognised change-management certification (e.g., PROSCI or equivalent)
  • 5+ years' experience leading structured change in complex project environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to ambiguity in dynamic settings

Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
 
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.
