ICT Procurement Lead - Defence Projects | PV Clearance Required

Contract Duration: Initial 24-month contract, with 1 x 12-month extension option
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Positive Vetting clearance.

Essential Tasks:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end ICT procurement activities across hardware, software, licensing, support and maintenance services
- Prepare procurement documentation including SOWs, BOMs, risk assessments, EULA reviews, and delegate approval documentation
- Work with technical SMEs to convert complex ICT requirements into commercially suitable procurement and contract documentation
- Support vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, delivery tracking, and governance compliance activities
- Demonstrated experience leading ICT procurement activities in complex government or highly regulated environments
- Strong understanding of procurement governance, policy compliance, and value-for-money principles
- Ability to manage competing priorities, procurement milestones, and stakeholder coordination under strict timeframes
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear commercial documentation
