As the Lead ICT Physical Security Specialist, you’ll shape T-SCIF policy and design, guide governance and assurance activities, and provide expert advice on secure ICT environments that underpin modern mobility solutions – all within a high-security, national-interest setting in Canberra.

Canberra, ACT – Onsite only (no WFH or interstate applicants)
Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 12 months + 2 x 12-month extensions
- Security Clearance Requirement: Current TSPV
- Provide specialist advice on constructing and administering deployed ICT systems within Temporary Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (T-SCIFs).
- Identify vulnerabilities and develop physical ICT security planning solutions, contributing to policy governing T-SCIF design and construction.
- Review site plans and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with key Australian Government security frameworks (e.g. ISM, PSPF, ASHS, DSPF).
- Prepare and maintain security documentation and SOPs (such as Item Movement Security Plans), incorporating feedback from ICT Security Advisors and IRAP Assessors.
- Strong background in ICT physical security governance, with experience contributing to and advising on governance frameworks within complex organisations.
- Demonstrated expertise in information assurance, applying security policies and standards to manage physical ICT risks in high-security environments.
- Proven ability to plan, organise and conduct physical assurance and accreditation activities across complex, cross-functional ICT domains.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work with senior stakeholders, security advisers and assessors to develop policies, standards and guidelines.
