Location: ACT or SA
Contract Duration: 12 months, with 2 x 12-month extension options
Security Clearance Requirement: Current TSPV security clearance required

Essential Tasks:
- Monitor infrastructure, resolve support requests and troubleshoot system issues.
- Maintain and upgrade device software, firmware and infrastructure components.
- Build, configure, administer and decommission scalable systems.
- Integrate COTS network hardware and software to optimise performance.
- Strong availability management experience across systems and services.
- Demonstrated IT infrastructure support, maintenance and automation skills.
- Proven problem management and operational issue resolution capability.
- Experience with complex systems installation, removal and handover.
