TSPV - Senior Software Engineers | 12+12+12 Month Contract
Location: QLD, ACT, VIC (Onsite only)
Take the lead in shaping mission-critical software systems! This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Software Engineers with Positive Vetting clearance to contribute to high-impact national security projects. You’ll lead development, drive technical excellence, and provide expert guidance within a skilled team focused on maintaining and enhancing critical software capability.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle software development, from planning through to deployment
- Support, maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring reliability and performance
- Apply rigorous testing and security protocols to ensure software quality and integrity
- Mentor team members and contribute to architectural design and stakeholder engagement
- Strong software engineering experience including Java and/or Python development
- Deep understanding of automation, integration, and deployment tools and processes
- Proven ability to manage system software provisioning, performance, and troubleshooting
- Experience leading integration and build frameworks with a focus on CI/CD automation
