Technology Architect

As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing system integration activities across critical infrastructure and services. As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing system integration activities across critical infrastructure and services. Your expertise will help shape the technical direction of modern, secure systems that support national interests.
Location: ACT (Onsite – Canberra based)
Key Duties:
- Lead the development of secure, scalable network and infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation to enhance system integration capabilities
- Design architecture artefacts including high-level designs, standards, and reference models
- Monitor integration activities, provide technical leadership, and apply incident and risk management processes
- Demonstrated experience in applying and maintaining information security controls (SFIA Level 3)
- Strong background in producing and assessing network architectures and designs (SFIA Level 5)
- Proven ability to contribute to solution architecture decisions, documentation, and stakeholder alignment (SFIA Level 4)
- Ability to provide expert-level technical advice and consolidate insights across specialisms (SFIA Level 5)
